motivation //

I was first inspired by an art installation from an art collective by the name of RDV, who hung 30-50 LED light strips from the ceiling and put on a fully immersive light show to music. I watched the shadows shift and the walls glow, and was immediately mesmerized by a new perspective that completely enveloped me. I knew from then that this was exactly what my music needed to add a new level of immersion. From then on all my music was written for lights.

about//

Creativity and self-expression comes in many forms and I believe one should never muffle that noise within. All I do as a musician and producer is merely learn its language and give it a voice. I listen to music constantly, and when I create, I am still just listening. My goal when making music is to listen, react, and create in a way that compliments the music that already exists.

origin //

When I was a child I would float under the waves and listen to the deep rumble of the tides. The rest of the world was silent. When I re-emerged, a seemingly new world exploded, full of sounds, wind, ocean mist, families enjoying the beach, and the sun beaming down. This feeling of complete immersion I would experience as a kid in Long Beach, California never really went away. To this day, my music embraces perspective, offers immersion, and fascinated on the surrounding world.
